# Sending support information

The following document describes how to obtain support information that you can attach when contacting our support team.

Providing this information helps us diagnose issues more quickly, reducing the time required to identify the root cause and resolve the problem.

Depending on the nature of the issue, you may need to provide support information from the server applications, the client applications, or both.
